Brilliant views - very easy and relaxed

Five reasons why you should join our hiking guide Martin on the panoramic tour

We all know the stress before a holiday. The boss is still nagging you with ‘urgent’ tasks that should have been done weeks ago. Packing suitcases for the whole family, ironing the kids' favourite clothes, .... Still soooo much to organise and do. And then finally a holiday. Time to just let go and take a more relaxed approach. Why not let go of the organisation and just concentrate on the experience?

That brings us to reason number one in favour of taking part in the guided adventure hike, namely not having to worry about anything. Just get up, have a leisurely breakfast and then be at the meeting point for the panoramic tour at 8.45 am. Here, hiking guide Martin will welcome you with his friendly manner. Everything is prepared.

It doesn't always have to be ‘faster, higher, further, more’.

On this guided hike, you will float up the first, strenuous metres in altitude comfortably and effortlessly on the mountain lifts. You can use the Flachau Summer Card for the ascent, which includes one free ‘summer lift’ per stay.

Have relaxed, friendly conversations: The lift ride is already a good opportunity to get to know some of the other participants on the tour. Interesting, pleasant conversations often arise along the hike in the middle of the wonderful Salzburg mountain trail.

No reception and no photos - just concentrate on the landscape and nature for once. You might even deliberately leave your mobile phone in your rucksack. There are impressions that are only meant for the moment and for your own memory.

 Feel contentment and happiness:
Even if the panoramic tour is a high-altitude hike in large sections, there are quite a few kilometres to cover. In the evening you will know why you are tired. However, impressive summit experiences and an impressive 360-degree panorama are a great reward for your efforts, as is the tasty cheese sandwich that you enjoyed at the Frauenalm.
