Spring Battle
From 1 to 5 March 2027, the Absolut Park will once again become the meeting point for the international freestyle scene. With its unique video format, Spring Battle has stood for creative snowboarding, progressive tricks and individual lines for more than two decades – captured in one-take runs that attract attention around the world.
In 2027, the event stays true to its concept: not a classic contest, but a format that gives riders the time, freedom and perfect platform to showcase their personal best. Runs are filmed with follow cams or FPV drones – right in the Absolut Park’s Slopestyle Line.
Whether it’s Slopestyle, Best Rail or simply the vibe – Spring Battle continues to do things differently.
Slopestyle
1–4 March 2027
Four days of pure freestyle action: at the Slopestyle in Absolut Park, international riders showcase their best runs on the Pro Line. Dynamic FPV drones capture every run from top to bottom. Riders can complete multiple runs and decide for themselves which run will ultimately be judged. Creativity, style and progressive tricks take centre stage.
Rail Jam
1–3 March 2027
The action continues at the rails during Spring Battle 2027. In classic jam sessions, riders showcase their most creative tricks and individual style on the Spring Battle Rail Setup. The qualifiers and finals will be streamed live on YouTube – bringing the snowboarding action straight from Absolut Park to the screen.
Award Show
5 March 2027
The grand finale of Spring Battle celebrates the best runs and the event’s winners. At the Award Show at Dips & Drops in Flachau, host Tim Warwood presents the highlights of Spring Battle, interviews and the best moments from the event. The show will be streamed live on YouTube.
