Beim Onlinekauf eines Flachau-Gutscheins erhaltet ihr den Gutschein direkt nach Abschluss des Kaufs in einer separaten E-Mail. Beim Kauf bei uns im Büro wird der Gutschein sofort ausgedruckt und kann direkt mitgenommen werden.

Wie lange ist der Gutschein gültig?

Die Gültigkeit beträgt 3 Jahre ab Ende des Kaufjahres .

Gibt es die Möglichkeit einer Barauszahlung, oder bleibt der Restwert auf dem Gutschein erhalten?

Eine Barauszahlung ist nicht möglich. Der Restwert bleibt erhalten und kann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eingelöst werden.

Kann ein Flachau Gutschein auch an andere Personen weitergegeben werden?

Ja, der Flachau Gutschein kann flexibel weitergegeben oder verschenkt werden, da er nicht personalisiert ist. Ausnahme: Personalisierte, gewonnene Gutscheine sind nicht übertragbar. Falls euer Gutschein eine solche Einschränkung hat, ist dies direkt auf dem Gutschein vermerkt.

Was passiert bei Verlust oder Diebstahl des Gutscheins?

Der Gutschein kann bei Verlust oder Diebstahl nicht ersetzt werden.

Kann man den Gutschein auch für den Kauf von Skipässen verwenden?

Nein, der Gutschein ist nicht für den Kauf von Skitickets vorgesehen. Gutscheine für Skipässe könnt ihr bei Ski amadé erwerben.

How can I buy the voucher?

You can either purchase the voucher online on our website or offline at the Flachau Tourismus office.

Can I choose the value of the voucher?

Yes, the amount can be selected individually.

When will I receive my voucher?

If you buy a Flachau voucher online, you will receive the voucher in a separate email immediately after completing the purchase. When purchasing at our office, the voucher will be printed out immediately and can be taken straight away.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The validity period is 3 years from the end of the year of purchase .

Is there the option of a cash payment, or does the residual value remain on the voucher?

Cash payment is not possible. The residual value is retained and can be redeemed at a later date.

Can a Flachau voucher also be passed on to other people?

Yes, the Flachau voucher can be passed on or given as a gift as it is not personalised. Exception: Personalised vouchers that have been won are not transferable. If your voucher has such a restriction, this is noted directly on the voucher.

What happens if the voucher is lost or stolen?

The voucher cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft.

Can the voucher also be used to purchase ski passes?

No, the voucher is not intended for the purchase of ski tickets. Vouchers for ski passes can be purchased from Ski amadé.
