The Rossbrand in Filzmoos is considered one of Austria’s most beautiful panoramic mountains and offers fantastic cross-country skiing on a stunning high plateau. The Papageno 6-seater gondola takes you comfortably up to the mountain station, where the cross-country skiing centre with changing rooms, toilets and a ski safe is located right next to the lift. From here, the very snow-reliable trail winds through an impressive winter landscape. Especially in the early morning, the snow-covered landscape, crisp winter air and sparkling snow are reminiscent of the forests of Scandinavia.
