An unique hike to the highest mountain lake in the Eastern Alps - the Tappenkarsee.

The hike leads to the idyllic mountain lake "Tappenkarsee" in Kleinarl and over the Gasthof plateau back to the Flachautal valley. With an overnight stay in the Franz-Fischer-Hütte this tour is also possible as a 2-day tour.

Possibility of lunch: Gasthof Jägersee, Tappenkarseealm, Tappenkarseehütte (possibility for an overnight stay), Franz- Fischer- Hütte (possibility for an overnight stay), Ennslehenalm, Prechtlhütte
