To have real fun with biking, you first and foremost have to ride safely and master the basic techniques. In our training sessions and courses, we teach participants how to shift gears correctly, how to take bends and how to ride an bike safely and without injury. What to look out for on gravel roads on ascents and descents as well as narrower passages in order to increase the fun factor of biking.
