For the perfect start to the day we meet for a joint yoga session directly at Hermann-Maier-Platz in Flachau. Depending on the weather, it will be decided whether we practice in the "Festsaal Flachau" or outside in the open air. By combining different breathing techniques, flowing physical exercises (asanas) and relaxing meditation, we prepare ourselves physically and mentally for an adventurous day in the mountains. The session will be led by Helga Eschbacher.
