Hinterkuchelberghütte

The rustic Hinterkuchelberghütte (hut) is located in the beautiful Lackenalm area at the foot of the Lackenkogel. The hearty alpine farmers serve their guests homemade delicacies such as butter, bread and bacon. The generous Brettljause (snack) with hearty sausage from highland cattle is particularly popular with hungry hikers. All those who prefer sweet things will be thrilled by the Krapfen (doughnuts) or the fresh Almkuchen (cake).
