We will take the bus to Zauchensee, then hike over meadows and pastures to the rustic Tauernkarleitenalm. There, you’ll be treated not only to a hearty alpine snack with the famous "Radstädter cheese," but with a bit of luck, you may also get a glimpse into cheese production.
