The Griessenkar in Flachau is a true hiking paradise. The first ascent is very easy: You take the Startjet 1 and 2 mountain railways. At the mountain stations, a wide variety of tours along well-marked hiking trails is waiting for you. Whether it's a summit hike, a panoramic tour or a round tripp, almost everyone can get what they're looking for.

Our family tip: Flori's adventure trail: the pram-friendly trail with play and puzzle stations starts at the Starjet 1 mountain station.

At the Grießenkar there are alpine pastures and mountain inns with sunny terraces for having a leisurely stop.
