Morning Yoga - Wake up & feel good

Attention all Flachau guests – with the Flachau Summer Card included!

For the perfect start to the day, we will meet for a joint yoga session right at Hermann-Maier-Platz in Flachau. Depending on the weather, it will be decided whether we practice in the festival hall or outdoors in nature. Through a combination of various breathing techniques, flowing body exercises (asanas), and relaxing meditation, we prepare ourselves physically and mentally for an adventurous day in the mountains. The session will be led by Helga Eschbacher.
