Ensemble “Die Saligen” | Concert

The ensemble "Die Saligen" combines traditional folk music with new sounds and original compositions. Four musicians from Pongau and Lungau musically dedicate themselves to the themes of nature, stories, and lived tradition.

In addition to newly created songs and pieces, they also draw upon traditional yodels and melodies, which they interpret in their own unique way. This results in a soundscape that merges tradition with a spirit of experimentation.

The concert is complemented by tales from the world of the "Saligen" – legendary figures from the mountains – offering a fine, often winking glance at life.
