The house is centrally located in Flachau in the immediate vicinity of lift, ski bus stop, restaurants and department stores. The apartment with 90 m² is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped new kitchen, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, boot dryer, conservatory with view to the slopes. Hand and bath towels available. On request, the apartment can also be booked with breakfast. With 4 persons 2 bedrooms (for extra charge a 3 bedrooms can be booked) with 6-8 persons 3 bedrooms.

Parties and non-residents are not allowed. Please note the quiet hours from 22.00-7.00.
