Our newly built house  with 3 cozy and modern apartments is located in a quiet and sunny location in the center of Flachau. 

In summer, the hiking trails and mountain bike trails lead past the house and in winter you can walk to the valley station and cross-country ski run in just a few minutes. The free ski bus stops next to our house.

And after a demanding day in the wonderful holiday world of Flachau, the Sky Spa with sauna and roof terrace is waiting for you.

Supermarket, restaurants and shops as well as the children's playground and mini golf course are also in the immediate vicinity.
