The apartment house Phantasia, built in 2006, is in the center of Flachau. A childs play ground is in front of the house. Skirental with free ski locker, the lift Star Jet 1, skischools, supermarket, restaurants, après ski, pubs, backery, sportshop Sport 2000: everything can be reached within a few minutes by feet. The apartments Nr 1-6 are totally renewed in spring 2021 and the apartments nr 7 and 8 (built in 2011) got an extra bunk bed and a lovely dining area.
