The apartment house with balkony and sun terrace is located near the village-center and the lift with a look-out to the surrounding mountains and the world cup slope. Access is also possible in winter when there is a lot of snow, because the accommodation is at ground level in the valley. The kitchens are equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigator with freezer, fume cupboard, mirco wave, coffee mashine (Nespresso capsule machine for all capsules and filter machine) and egg cooker. A ski-bus stop is directly in front of the house. Many restaurants, bars and shops you can reach by foot. A park with a kids playing area is behind the house at the river. A ski storage room, playing room (an infrared sauna from autumn 2024) and a parking space is available. A pet (dog) is allowed. Free WiFi is available. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
