We start the tour at the mini golf course in Flachau, take the Ennsradweg and follow it for a few kilometres to the neighbouring town of Radstadt. At Radstadt we leave the Ennsradweg and continue along the Taurachradweg to Untertauern. When we reach our destination, we return the same way except for a short detour to the Radstadt golf course.
Before each ride, check that your gravel bike is in good working order and inform yourself about the weather in advance. Wearing a helmet is also recommended for your own safety.
The basic equipment of a gravel biker includes:
- Protective equipment and suitable clothing
- Refreshments for in-between
- Sunglasses, sunscreen or rain protection if necessary
- Mobile phone
Parking possibilities are available at the center of Flachau (BBF-Center & Minigolf).
From the end of June to the beginning of October, the Sportweltbus is the ideal shuttle and return service for your bike tours in the entire region (Salzburg Sportwelt & Obertauern). With the Flachau Summer Card you can use the Sportweltbus for only Euro 1.00 per person and route. Children under 6 years of age even travel free!
