The snowshoe hike goes through forest and snow-covered meadows to the beautiful alp region of Lackenkogel.
Possibility for lunch: Berggasthof Sattelbauer
If you do not want to walk to the valley on foot, you have the opportunity to borrow a toboggan from the Sattelbauer and ride it on the about 3 km long toboggan run into the valley.
Variant:
- drive-up to the Sattelbauer by taxi or with the own car (possibly snow track)
- Those who have not had enough can combine the tour with the themed path "Weg der guten Wünsche" (way of good wishes).

Flachau Centre - towards Hammerrain, left past the church - via highway overhead noise barrier to start of "Weg der guten Wünschen" summer path Nr. 32 - "Berggasthof Sattelbauer" - summer path Nr. 73 - through the forest or on the forest road to the Lackenalmen - return the same way
