The different ski hut in Flachau has implemented its concept perfectly. Namely, the cool mix of sustainability and quality awareness as well as tradition and modernity. The beef, for example, comes from the family farm in Wagrain and the game from the restaurant's own hunt. Under these conditions, the burger or the venison ragout tastes twice as good.
