The new built house is situated in the center of Flachau. The bicycle track and the alpin coaster „Lucky Flitzer“ are close to the house, and it is also a good starting place for hiking tours. Furthermore is the next supermarket opposite of the house. Restaurants are in walking distance. The house offers as well a wellnessarea with finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxing area and also massages are bookable. Furthermore is a free WLAN, a play room for children as well as partially underground parking spaces.
