E-Festival Flachau | Gourmet Tour presented by Kaloveo
Nature meets culinary delights: On this unique tour, you will experience the stunning landscape amidst the breathtaking Alpine scenery in and around Flachau. You can indulge in typical Austrian treats at a total of five of the most beautiful places in the region. The gourmet tour is a real highlight for sporty connoisseurs and will definitely stay in your memory!
Stop 1: Schloss Höch
The special ambiance of Schloss Höch and its castle garden enhanced with classical yet electronic music. Freshly prepared coffee specialties by the barista and a small sweet temptation await you.
Stop 2: Hundsalzhof
Farm feeling & magnificent view of the Flachau valley. Enjoy sustainable & aromatic dairy products from the Hundsalzhof’s own farm (yogurt, quark & quark spread, fresh & sliced cheese).
Stop 3: Winterbauer
At one of the most beautiful spots in the region, the main course offers either a confit trout from the own pond with root vegetables, horseradish, and organic garden chives or chanterelle dumplings on potato foam with pumpkin seed-miso lamb's lettuce.
Stop 4: Sattelbauer
One of the favorite products from their own farm? Clearly the honey from the Dark Bees! To conclude, enjoy a bee sting tiramisu in a glass & a delightful honey schnapps with a glorious view of the Dachstein massif and the Bishop's cap.
Stop 5: Aprés Bike Loinge presented by Edelweiss
The ideal location to reflect on the tour in the chill After-Bike-Lounge with a cool drink and electronic beats in a relaxed festival atmosphere.
