In the case of bad weather or other unforeseen events the organiser is entitled to change, shorten or change the time limit. In the case of danger the organiser's executive authority is entitled to cancel or terminate the race. In the case of termination due to a force majeure or by the authorities there is no entitlement to a refund of the starting fee. If a participant cancels then he / she has no entitlement to a refund of the starting fee either. It is not possible to transfer the starting fee to another participant.

The parents / legal guardians and the participants hereby agree that pictures from the event and personal data relating to the event may be published.
