"EnerQi - running and well-being " defines what one calls gentle training - fitness and relaxation program in Flachau with energy-developing running (= a combination of gentle running training, co-ordination exercises and healing breathing exercises, Yoga, Qi Gong, 5 Tibetan and special relaxation training. Energy-creation running: Combination of co-ordination exercises and gentle running in conjunction with healing breathing. The pulse always is thereby in a regenerative, energy-developing range. For the conclusion of the training meridian, stretching is on the program.
Qi Gong: Traditional Chinese art for the activation of life’s energy – referred to as Qi, which is the best way for people of every age to attain higher life energy, and vitality. Thus, the physical , the mental and the soul are brought into harmony. The effect is noticeable throughout the body; the organism and the immune system are strengthened.
Yoga: Yoga addresses the total fitness concept, which brings body, mental and soul in harmony. The combination of muscle strengthening, purposeful breathing and deep relaxation improves one’s vitality and provides for tranquility, strength, flexibility, sense of balance and muscle perseverance. By the activation of muscles, chords, volumes, blood and lymphatic vessels the blood circulation is increased, which improves back musculature and through this, the posture is dramatically improved.
5 Tibetans: Those who practice daily the 5 Tibetans, become as strong as a lumberjack, become as tranquil as a wise man and as supple as a child! The 5 Tibetans is a simple energy and fitness program for everyone of all age groups. They consist of five units, complementing courses of motion, which are practiced completely one after the other.
Relaxation training: Train to attain a high level of tranquility!Relaxation is necessary, in order to work against the effects of daily tension. Only so, can we revive our health and our efficiency in the long term. Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobsen: By actively tensing and loosening the muscles the relaxation of body and spirit is developed. Autogenic training: bodies and spirit is set into a state of rest, thus promoting concentration.
