For the perfect start to the day we meet for a joint yoga session directly at Hermann-Maier-Platz in Flachau. Depending on the weather, it will be decided whether we practice in the "Festsaal Flachau" or outside in the open air. By combining different breathing techniques, flowing physical exercises (asanas) and relaxing meditation, we prepare ourselves physically and mentally for an adventurous day in the mountains. The session will be led by Theresa Winter.
Theresa is an internationally certified yoga teacher with a passion for yoga, sports and nature. Her main focus is on flowing Vinyasa flows and deeper Yin Yoga classes. As a native of Ennspongau, she really appreciates the grounding power of the mountains and is looking forward to sharing a yoga class in nature with you!
